In countries where service is required to be made via a bailiff/huissier as per the local laws and regulations (mostly in case of French speaking countries), we engage these professionals to operate on our behalf. Note that all countries are not signatories to the Hague convention so for these countries we offer informal service of process and service via letters rogatory.
